Inspiring Students to Learn Languages through Football

This week all of Year 7 students were visited by Steve Eadon from Mingalaba – Mingalaba is an organisation that teaches and promotes languages through football.

Students were given an exciting assembly on how languages advanced Steve's career in football. Each class then had an hour to practise using their Spanish whilst playing football.

It was an exciting day which has given students a new take on why languages are so important in their future!
