Barton Manor School (BMS) opened in September 2022.
The school’s amazing state-of-the art design is open at present to 450 students: 150 Year 7, 150 Year 8 students and 150 Year 9 students. The school’s culture and ethos have been embedded and are a real strength, this is combined with an innovative curriculum, excellent teaching and learning, and strong pastoral care and guidance. The Barton Manor school provides an outstanding education which will support the local community for generations to come.
Students aspire to be their very best and are supported to believe in themselves and their ability to achieve and excel. Students are developing into confident, independent and resilient learners ready to meet the challenges of a world that is rapidly changing.
Our students acquire, not only an excellent foundation of learning, but also the acquisition of habits of flexible thinking and learning, resilience and confidence in solving problems both as individuals and within a team.
Students enjoy some of the very best teaching resources and facilities available in the local area and, with the support of Barton Court Academy Trust, the School is a special place to be educated.
BCAT’s lead school, Barton Court Grammar School works in close partnership with the Barton Manor School; providing support for the Gifted and Talented programmes, teaching and learning, pastoral care, and leadership and will offer, in the future, a joint Sixth Form provision.
