The Graduated Approach

When a student requires additional support, we follow the Graduated Approach.
Assess: Gather information from teachers, parents and professionals.
Plan: Agree outcomes and support strategies.
Do: Deliver support in lessons and through targeted interventions.
Review: Evaluate impact and plan next steps.
Support is continually reviewed to ensure it meets a student's changing needs.
